                     APPEAL SUIT No.112 of 2022



JUDGMENT:

1. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned

counsel for the appellant stated that the matter is settled out of the

Court amicably in between the decree holders and claim petitioner in

the execution petition and he seeks permission of this Court to

withdraw the present Appeal Suit.

2. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the

appellant, permission is granted to withdraw this appeal. Accordingly

this Appeal Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Miscellaneous

petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
