COMMON JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Dr.SA,J)

Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the

record.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned

counsel for both sides that the subject Suit in O.S.No.9 of 2014

was disposed of sometime back and therefore, the cause in these

appeals does not survive for adjudication.

3. The said submissions are taken on record.

4. Accordingly, these appeals are dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these appeals shall

stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
