CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.125 OF 2021

JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Dr.SA,J)

Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the

record.

2. A perusal of the online case status of the subject Suit in

O.S.No.776 of 2013 placed before this Court by the Registry

reveals that the subject Suit was disposed of on 20.06.2022.

3. Under these circumstances, the cause in this appeal does

not survive for adjudication.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as

infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall

stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
