Heard both sides and perused the record.

Vide order dated 08.11.2022, the matter was referred to

Lok Adalat. On 12.11.2022, the matter was settled before the

Lok Adalat and an Award was passed by the High Court Legal

Services Committee for the State of Telangana, Hyderabad.

This appeal is, accordingly, disposed of in terms of the said

Award dated 12.11.2022. The Registry is directed to annex a

copy of the Award to this judgment.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal,

shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
