CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.358 of 2021

JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Dr.SA,J)

Heard. Perused the record.

2. A perusal of the online case status of the subject

O.S.No.12 of 2017 placed before this Court by the Registry

reveals that the subject suit was disposed of on 30.03.2022.

3. Under these circumstances, the cause in the appeal does

not survive for adjudication.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as

infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
