2.    A perusal of the online case status of the subject

O.S.Nos.411 and 397 of 2014 placed before this Court by the

Registry reveals that the subject suits were disposed of on

15.07.2019

.

3. Under these circumstances, the cause in these appeals

does not survive for adjudication.

4. Accordingly, these Civil Miscellaneous Appeals are

dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
