No representation for both sides.

2. A perusal of the online case status of the subject

O.S.No.916 of 2017 placed before this Court by the Registry

reveals that the subject suit was disposed of on 26.02.2020.

3. Under these circumstances, the cause in these appeals

does not survive for adjudication.

4. Accordingly, these Civil Miscellaneous Appeals are

dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
