       CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.1 of 2014

JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Dr.SA,J)

      Heard both sides and perused the record.

2.    In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice

of this Court by the learned counsel for the appellant that the

main Arbitration O.P.No.264 of 2013 pending on the file of

Judge, Family Court-cum-VII Additional District Judge, Medak

at   Sangareddy,      was    dismissed   vide   judgment   dated

20.09.2019

. The online case status of the subject Arbitration

O.P.No.264 of 2013 placed before this Court by the Registry

also reveals the same.

3. In view of these circumstances, the cause the appeal,

which is filed challenging the order dated 01.11.2013 passed in

I.A.No.505 of 2013 in A.O.P.No.264 of 2013 by the Court

below, does not survive for adjudication.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed

as infructuous. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in

this appeal, shall stand closed.
