      Heard. Perused the record.


2.    Learned counsel for the respondent Nos.3 and 5 would

submit that the subject suit in O.S.No.1 of 2012 was disposed of

on 26.10.2022 and the cause in the appeals does not survive for

adjudication.

3. The said submissions are taken on record.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeals are dismissed

as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
