Heard. Perused the record.

2. In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of

this Court by the learned counsel for the appellants that the

subject suit in O.S.No.794 of 2013 on the file of III Additional

District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, was dismissed

with costs on 19.04.2021. The case status information placed

before this Court by the Registry also reveals the same.

3. In view of these circumstances, nothing survives for

adjudication in this appeal.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as

infructuous. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this appeal shall

stand closed.
