                     WRIT PETITION No.43814 of 2022

ORDER:

Petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the respondent No.4 in not acting

on the complaint of the petitioner dated 31.10.2022 for providing police aid to the

petitioner by implementing the judgment and decree in O.S.No.1190 of 2016 on

the file of the learned Senior Civil Judge (FTC), Ibrahimpatnam, Ranga Reddy

district.

2. In the written instructions dated 7.12.2022 received by the learned

Assistant Government Pleader for Home from the Sub-Inspector of Police,

Ibrahimpatnam Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, it is stated that

after receiving the complaint of the petitioner dated 31.10.2022, a G.D. entry was

made and enquiry was conducted and during the course of enquiry, it is revealed

that there is a civil dispute pending between petitioner and respondent Nos.5 to 7,

hence, the respondent No.4 suggested the petitioner to approach competent Civil

Court for redressal and closed the complaint as 'civil in nature' on 3.11.2022 by

duly intimating the same to the petitioner. It is further stated that the respondent

No.4 is ready and willing to provide police aid and as and when the petitioner

and his family members approaches, necessary action will be taken.

3. In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the

petitioner to approach the Court of Senior Civil Judge (FTC), Ibrahimpatnam,

Ranga Reddy, which passed judgment and decree in O.S.No.1190 of 2016 dated

1.10.2018 and seek for grant of police aid and on such order being passed, the

respondent No.4 shall consider granting police to the petitioner and his family

members. The miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall

be no order as to costs.
