                     Tr.C.M.P. No.379 of 2022

JUDGMENT:

This transfer C.M.P. is filed to transfer O.P. No.66 of 2022

from the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Kamareddy, Kamareddy

District to the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Bodhan, Nizamabad

District to conduct trial along with O.P. No.51 of 2020.

2. As the parties in both the matters are one and the same

this Court finds it just and reasonable to transfer O.P. No.66 of

2022 from the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Kamareddy,

Kamareddy District to conduct trial along with O.P. No.51 of

2020.

3. Accordingly, this transfer C.M.P is allowed.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand

closed.
