Crl.M.P.No.1827 of 2014 in C.C.No.91 of 2013, dated

04.08.2014, on the file of the Court of II Special Magistrate,

Cyberabad at Hasthinapuram, the present Criminal Petition

is filed.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Criminal Petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is

dismissed.

4. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand

closed.
