JUDGMENT:

When this matter was listed on 30.11.2022, there was no

representation for the appellants in the forenoon or in the

afternoon, the matter was directed to be listed under the

caption 'for dismissal' on 06.12.2022.

2. Though the matter is coming up under the caption

'for dismissal', today also there is no representation for the

appellants either in the forenoon or in the afternoon.

3. Therefore, the M.A.C.M.A is dismissed for default and

for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand

closed.
