JUDGMENT:

The matter underwent several adjournments either at

the request of the counsel for the appellant/Insurance

Company or for non-representation on behalf of the appellant.

Even today, though the matter is listed under the caption 'for

dismissal', there is no representation on behalf of the

appellant. It appears that the appellant is not interested in

prosecuting the appeal.

Hence, the appeal stands dismissed for default. No

order as to costs.

Pending Miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
