      Heard both sides and perused the record.

2.    It is conceded by both sides that the subject suit in

O.S.No.1312 of 2013 on the file of III Additional District Judge,

Ranga Reddy District, was dismissed vide judgment dated

13.09.2021

3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for

adjudication in this appeal.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as

infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
