       CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.247 of 2013

      Heard. Perused the record.

2.    In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of

this Court by the learned counsel for the respondent No.1/ plaintiff

that all disputes in between the parties to the litigation were

settled amicably and the subject suit in O.S.No.34 of 2013 on the

file of I Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, at Secunderabad,

was dismissed as withdrawn on 20.01.2015.

3. The said submissions are taken on record.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as

infructuous. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
