Heard. Perused the record.

2. In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of

this Court by the learned counsel for the appellants that the

subject suit in O.S.No.30 of 2008 on the file of XII Additional Chief

Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, was disposed of long back and

therefore, the cause in the appeal does not survive for

adjudication.

3. The said submissions are taken on record.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as

infructuous. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
