                     A.S.No.618 of 2002

JUDGMENT

When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is

no representation for the appellants.

On 31.03.2022 and 10.11.2022, there is no

representation for the appellants and therefore, the

matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for

dismissal'. Today also, there is no representation for

the appellants. Therefore, this Court is of the

considered view that the appellants are not interested

to pursue the litigation.

Hence, the Appeal is dismissed for non-

prosecution. No costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall

stand closed.
