      CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.428 of 2016

JUDGMENT:

None appears on behalf of both the parties. This Civil

Miscellaneous Appeal is filed assailing the orders in I.A.No.709

of 2015 in O.S.No.75 of 2015 on the file of Principal District

Judge at Nalgonda. But as per the Case Status Information, the

Original Suit in O.S.No.75 of 2015 was decreed with costs on

24.06.2022. Therefore, since no cause survives, this Civil

Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. However, in

the circumstances of the case, there shall be no orders as to the

costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any pending,

shall stands closed.
