      When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned

counsel for the respondents, submitted that the issue

raised in the present Writ Appeal is squarely covered by a

judgment passed by the Division Bench of this Court in

Writ Appeal No.1738 of 2013, which was dismissed by

this Court vide order dated 25.03.2022.

In view of above, by following the orders passed by

the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Appeal No.

1738 of 2013, which was dismissed by this Court vide

order dated 25.03.2022, the present Writ Appeal also

deserves to be dismissed on similar lines.

Accordingly, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as above.

No costs.
