      Learned counsel for the appellant in all these special appeals

submits that the appellant had instructed him not to press the appeals,

vide e-mail dt.23.11.2022. Learned counsel further submits that a

letter was filed into the Registry on 30.11.2022 seeking permission of

the Court to withdraw these special appeals. He also reiterates the said

request in the open Court.


2.     Granting permission as sought for, the Special Appeals are

dismissed as withdrawn.


3.    Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these special appeals

shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
