COMMON JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Ujjal Bhuyan)

       Writ Appeal No.559 of 2022 has been filed by the State

taking exception to the order dated 25.08.2022 passed by the

learned Single Judge in I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2022 in W.P.No.33625

of 2022.


2.     By the aforesaid order, learned Single Judge had interdicted

the prohibitory order of the Commissioner of Police, Warangal

dated 23.08.2022 and permitted the respondent to proceed with the

'Pada Yatra'.

3. We have been informed that the 'Pada Yatra' in the present

form has been carried out and concluded. Therefore, the writ

appeal has become infructuous.

4. At this stage, Mr. B.S.Prasad, learned Advocate General for

the State of Telangana and Mr. J.Prabhakar, learned Senior Counsel ::2::

for the respondent submit that as a matter of fact, Writ Petition

No.33625 of 2022 has also been rendered infructuous.

5. In view of above, we dispose of W.A.No.559 of 2022 as well

as W.P.No.33625 of 2022 as infructuous. No costs.

6. This order may be placed on the file of W.P.No.33625

of 2022.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, stand

closed.
