             WRIT APPEAL No.571 of 2008

JUDGMENT:   (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Ujjal Bhuyan)



     None appears for the appellant on call.


2.    This intra-court appeal is directed against the order

dated 09.10.2007 passed by the learned Single Judge

dismissing W.P.No.11631 of 2006 filed by the appellant.


3.   In the writ appeal, appellant had challenged the order

dated 28.02.2006 passed by respondent No.1 as well as the

order dated 21.12.2005 passed by respondent No.2. By

the aforesaid orders, HPCL kerosene dealership of the

appellant was cancelled under Clause 28 of the Andhra

Pradesh Petroleum Products (Licensing and Regulation of

Supplies) Order, 1980, and the same was confirmed by the

appellate authority. Thereafter, the writ petition was

dismissed by the learned Single Judge by a detailed order.

4. At this distant point of time, we are not inclined to

reopen the said proceedings.

5. Writ appeal is accordingly dismissed.

Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall

stand closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
