WRIT APPEAL No.568 of 2007
JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Ujjal Bhuyan)
None appears for the parties.
2. This writ appeal is directed against the order dated
04.12.2006 passed by the learned Single Judge in Writ Petition
No.25062 of 2006.
3. The Writ Petition was filed for grant of bar license in
the year 2006.
4. Learned Single Judge however for the grounds and
reasons did not find any substance in the writ petition and
accordingly dismissed the same.
5. While admitting the appeal on 13.07.2007, the
interlocutory application filed by the appellants for a direction to
the respondents to consider their application for grant of bar
license was rejected.

6. At this distant point of time, we do not find any live
issue for adjudication.
7. Writ Appeal is accordingly dismissed. However, there
shall be no order as to costs.
8. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if
any, in this Writ Appeal, shall stand closed.
