THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE UJJAL BHUYAN
                                     AND
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V.BHASKAR REDDY

                Writ Appeal No.924 of 2019

JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Ujjal Bhuyan)

Mr. M.Durga Prasad, learned counsel submits that

Mr. Sai Gangadhar Chamarty, learned counsel for the

appellant had given up his vakalat for the appellant.

However, he is not in a position to furnish the particulars,

such as, when he gave up his vakalat.

On the other hand, we have heard Mr. Mohammed

Hussain, learned Government Pleader for Energy appearing

for respondent No.1; Mr. R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing

Counsel appearing for respondents No.2, 3 and 4; and

Ms. T.Pushpa Rani, learned counsel for respondent No.5.

We have also perused the order of the learned Single

which does not call for any interference.

However, since there is no representation on behalf of

the appellant, Writ appeal is dismissed for non-

prosecution.

Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall

stand closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
