sides, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption

'for orders'. Today also, there is no representation for the

appellant. It appears that the appellant has no interest to pursue

the matter.

2. Under these circumstances, the appeal is dismissed for

default.

3. The interim order, dated 11.11.2003, passed by this Court in

C.M.P.No.25759 of 2003, stands vacated.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall

stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
