ORDER :

1. This appeal is preferred against the judgment and decree dated

05.07.1997 in O.S.No.1065 of 1987 on the file of the Court of II

Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

2. No representation for either of the parties.

3. When this matter was listed on 21.10.2021, as there was no

representation on either side, the matter was ordered to be listed on

18.11.2021 under the caption "for dismissal", however, it was listed on

30.03.2022, on which date also, there was no representation for both the

parties. Therefore, it was listed on 13.04.2022 under the same caption

i.e. "for dismissal". On 13.04.2022, as there was no representation for

the appellants, it is posted today i.e. 19.04.2022 under the caption "for

dismissal". Inspite of listing the matter under the caption "for

dismissal", today also there is no representation for either of the parties

in the forenoon as well as in the afternoon. Therefore, the appeal is

dismissed for non- prosecution. No order as to costs.

4. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
