        THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. LAXMAN

              SECOND APPEAL NO.842 OF 2001

JUDGMENT:

This Second Appeal is filed against the judgment and

decree dated 23.02.2001 passed in A.S.No.49 of 1997 on the

file of the Court of the II Additional District Judge, Ranga

Reddy District, Hyderabad.

2. No representation from appellant's side. The

appellant failed to pursue the matter. There was no

representation from appellant's side even on 30.03.2022.

Though the matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal",

no representation from appellant's side. Hence, the Second

Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.

3. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous applications, if

any, shall stand closed.
