        THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. LAXMAN

             SECOND APPEAL NO.1152 OF 2001

JUDGMENT:

This Second Appeal is filed against the judgment and

decree dated 28.06.2001 passed in A.S.No.340 of 1996 on the

file of the Court of the XII Additional Chief Judge, City Civil

Court, Hyderabad.

2. No representation from appellant's side. The

appellant failed to pursue the matter. There was no

representation from appellant's side even on 06.04.2022.

Though the matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal",

no representation from appellant's side. Hence, the Second

Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.

3. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous applications, if

any, shall stand closed.
