ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Special

Government Pleader representing the Office of Advocate General.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that a batch of matters

questioning the very same impugned order in case

No.A3/3000/2017 dated 28.08.2018 came up for consideration

before the learned single judge of this Court and the said batch of

Writ Petitions were allowed by a common judgment dated

04.02.2022 duly setting aside the order dated 28.08.2018 in respect

of the property of the Writ Petitioners therein.

3. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is also allowed duly

setting aside the impugned order in case No. A3/3000/2007 dated

28.08.2018 in respect of the property of the petitioners only.

4. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
