JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)


          The present Writ Appeal is arising out of order

dated 21.02.2014, passed by the learned Single Judge, in

W.P.No.7130 of 2009 (forming part of W.P.No.19673 of 2006 and

batch).

          Learned counsel for respondent No.1 has informed this

Court that the Government of Telangana has passed an order

dated 20.11.2020 by treating the lands assigned to the political

sufferers at par with patta lands in the light of Common Order

dated 21.02.2014 passed in W.P.No.19673 of 2006 and batch.

The order dated 20.11.2020 passed by the Government of

Telangana is reproduced as under:

"The attention of the District Collector, Sangareddy, is invited to the references cited and he is informed that, Government have examined the matter in detail in the light of the Common Order of the Hon'ble High Court dated: 21.02.2014 in W.P.No.19673 of 2006 & batch cases, and decided that the lands to an extent of Acs.30.14 ::2::

gts situated in Sy.Nos.323/6 (Acs.9-00 gts), 323/4 (Acs.3- 30gts), 324/2 (Ac.10-00 gts) and 325/2 (Ac.7-24 gts) of Tellapur Village, Ramachandrapuram Mandal, Sangareddy District, which were allotted to the Political sufferers shall be treated on par with the patta lands, in compliance with the orders of the Hon'ble High Court.

2. The District Collector, Sangareddy District, is directed to take further action accordingly."

Learned counsel for respondent No.1 has stated that no

further orders are required to be passed in the present Writ Appeal.

In view of the above, the Writ Appeal is disposed of with a

liberty to the appellant to file a fresh Writ Appeal or to file

appropriate application for restoration of the Writ Appeal, in case

need so arises in future.

No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, stand

dismissed.
