WRIT APPEAL Nos.1289 of 2017 & 1651 of 2017
COMMON JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)
Learned counsel for the employee (appellant in
W.A.No.1289 of 2017) has stated before this Court that a
notice has already been issued to the employee by the
disciplinary authority (respondent in W.A.No.1289 of 2017)
and some time frame be provided for conclusion of the
disciplinary proceedings.
Learned counsel for the disciplinary authority has
also accepted the aforesaid proposal.
Resultantly, the disciplinary authority is directed to
conclude the disciplinary proceedings as expeditiously as
possible preferably within a period of two (02) months from
today.
With the aforesaid, both the Writ Appeals stand
disposed of.
The miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall
stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
