      THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. AMARNATH GOUD

               CONTEMPT CASE No.1212 of 2021

JUDGMENT :

This contempt case is filed alleging violation of the orders of

this Court, dated 04.08.2021, passed in I.A.No.1 of 2021 in

W.P.No.18101 of 2021.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and perused the record.

3. A perusal of the record shows that the order passed by this

Court was dated 04.08.2021 and even without waiting for sufficient

period for enabling the respondents to comply with the said orders, the

present contempt case is filed. Further, there is no proof of service of

the said order upon the respondents. This kind of casual approach in

contempt case cannot be appreciated.

4. Therefore, this contempt case is dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
