JUDGMENT :

This contempt case is filed alleging violation of the orders of

this Court, dated 18.08.2021, passed in I.A.No.1 of 2021 in

W.P.No.19598 of 2021.

2. Heard both sides and perused the record.

3. In view of the order dated 15.09.2021, passed by the Hon'ble

Division Bench of this Court in I.A.No.3 of 2021 in W.A.No.457 of

2021, this contempt case is closed.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
