      Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants and

respondents. Learned counsel for the appellants filed I.A.No.1 of

2021 under Section 151 C.P.C. seeking permission to withdraw the

above said appeal stating that the appellants are withdrawing the

appeal.

2. Perused the averments of the affidavit of the first petitioner/

first appellant.

3. Having regard to the facts of the case, I.A.No.1 of 2021 is

disposed of and consequently, the appeal is disposed of

as withdrawn confirming the judgment and decree in O.S.No.7 of

2012 dated 30.08.2017 on the file of VI Additional District Judge at

Siddipet. No costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any,

shall stand closed.
