COMMON JUDGMENT:

The record is disclosing that the parties in both the

appeals settled their dispute amicably before the Lok Adalat,

vide Award dated 11.09.2021.

Accordingly, both the appeals are disposed of in terms of

the Lok Adalat Award. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous

petitions, if any, pending in these appeals shall stand dismissed.
