        Learned counsel for the petitioners has drawn the attention of

this    Court      to     the      judgment           dated       05.11.2021   passed   in

W.P.No.10496 of 2021 and batch, whereby this Court has

dismissed the writ petitions challenging G.O.Ms.No.45, Finance

(HRM.III) Department, dated 30.03.2021.

        In the light of the aforesaid judgment, the present writ

petition also stands dismissed.

        Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition

shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
