JUDGMENT:

This appeal is filed against the order dated 17.10.2019

passed by the MACT-cum-Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad,

in MVOP No.2237 of 2015.

The matter was referred to Lok Adalat organized by the High

Court Legal Services Committee, and as per the Award passed by

the Lok Adalat, the matter was resolved amicably on 11.09.2021.

Hence, this appeal is disposed of in terms of the Award

passed by the Lok Adalat. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous

petitions, if any pending in this appeal, shall stand closed.
