  THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM

        CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 1377 of 2017

ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the order

dated 15.12.2016 partly allowing I.A.No.1103 of 2016 in

O.S.No.248 of 2016 on the file of II Additional Junior Civil

Judge, Ranga Reddy District.

It is to be noted that as per the status report of the Junior

Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District, the said suit itself came to be

dismissed as not pressed by the Court below vide judgment dated

14.11.2017.

In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in

this Civil Revision Petition.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed.

However, it is made clear that if any of the parties desire to be

heard, liberty is given to them to file an Application to revive the

Revision and on filing such Application, the matter would be

heard on merits.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
