        CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 4852 of 2017

ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the order

dated 01.08.2017 dismissing I.A.No.429 of 2014 in O.S.No.64 of

2009 on the file of I Additional District Judge, Khammam.

It is to be noted that as per the status report of the District

Judge, Khammam, the said suit itself came to be decreed by the

Court below vide judgment dated 09.03.2018.

In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in

this Civil Revision Petition.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed.

However, it is made clear that if any of the parties desire to be

heard, liberty is given to them to file an Application to revive the

Revision and on filing such Application, the matter would be

heard on merits.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
