High Court may be pleased to set aside the conviction judgment
dated 18.2.2016 passed under section 138 of Negotiable
Instruments Act in Criminal Appeal No. 99 of 2015 on the file of
the II Additional Sessions Judge, Karimnagar at Jagtial.

    The appeal coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition
and the memorandum of grounds filed herein, and orders of High
Court dated                29-02-2016, 11-03-2016, 17-03-2016
and 04-04-2016 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of
