JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice M.S. Ramachandra Rao)

It is stated that I.A.No.402 of 2020 in O.S.No.300 of 2018 has

been finally disposed of by the VIII Additional District and Sessions

Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar on 08-03-2021.

In that view of the matter, this appeal arising out of an ex parte

injunction granted in I.A.No.402 of 2020 in O.S.No.300 of 2018 is

infructuous, and dismissed as such. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand

closed.
