HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY
AND
HON'BLE Dr.JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER, J
WRIT PETITION No.22463 of 2014
ORDER: (per ARR, J)
Learned counsel for the 1st respondent submits that the issue in this writ
petition is no longer res integra as the same is covered by order dated 20.04.2018
in writ petition No.19455 of 2014 and batch and also by order dated 08.06.2018 in
W.P.No.1368 of 2014 and batch. He submits that the 1st respondent herein, who is
applicant before the Tribunal, was working as Home Guard and his services were
terminated without notice and without affording any opportunity of hearing.
As such, the same is in violation of principles of natural justice.
Though the matter is listed on 09.03.2021, there was no appearance for the
petitioners. Today also, though the matter is listed under the caption "for orders",
there is no appearance on behalf of petitioners.
A perusal of the orders relied on by the learned counsel for 1st respondent
goes to show that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the
aforesaid judgments. In view of the same, for the reasons alike, this writ petition
is dismissed in terms of the said orders. No order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
