ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the

petitioner/defendant questioning the order dated 20.04.2017

passed by the learned

XII Additional Chief Civil Judge, City Civil Courts at Secunderabad

dismissing I.A.No. 465 of 2017 in O.S.No. 26 of 2015, filed to recall

P.W.1 for further cross-examination.

It is to be noted that as per the status report of the ACJ

Courts at Secunderabad, the suit itself came to be dismissed with

costs on merits by the Court below vide judgment dated

31.12.2018. In those circumstances, nothing survives for

adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. However, it

is made clear, if any of the parties desire to be heard, liberty is

given to file an Application to revive the Revision and on filing such

an Application, the matter will be heard on merits. No costs.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand

closed.
