ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner/plaintiff

questioning the order dated 03.03.2016 passed by the learned

II Additional District Judge, R.R. District at L.B. Nagar dismissing

I.A.No. 1025 of 2015 in I.A.No. 753 of 2013 in O.S.No. 252 of 2013,

filed by her seeking a direction to the SHO, Raidurgam Police

Station to provide necessary police aid against the respondent his

henchmen Mr. Mahboob and Mr. Mukram and their associates

from interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the

petitioner with the schedule property.

It is to be noted that as per the status report of the District

Courts at Ranga Reddy, the suit itself came to be dismissed by the

Court below vide judgment dated 05.03.2020. In those

circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil

Revision Petition.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. However, it

is made clear, if any of the parties desire to be heard, liberty is

given to file an Application to revive the Revision and on filing such

an Application, the matter will be heard on merits. No costs.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand

closed.
