                  WRIT APPEAL No. 578 OF 2020

JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)

1.      This order is in continuation of the order passed yesterday

i.e., 16.03.2021, when half way through arguments, learned counsel

for the appellant logged out of the hearing. Today, learned counsel

states that he had some problem with his system due to which, he

could not login to the hearing again.

2.      After addressing arguments for some time assailing the order

dated 07.12.2020 passed by the learned Single Judge declining to

entertain a writ petition filed by the appellant/writ petitioner and

instead, relegating him to civil remedies, learned counsel for the

appellant seeks leave to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to

the appellant to approach the Civil Court raising a grievance against

the purported illegal construction raised by the private respondent

No.6.

3. Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The present appeal is disposed

of as not pressed along with the pending applications, if any.
