         CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 5837 of 2018

ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed against order dated

17.08.2018 passed by the learned III Additional District Judge,

Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, dismissing I.A.No.439 of

2018 in O.S.No.840 of 2006, filed by petitioners/proposed

plaintiffs 7 to 9 to condone the delay of 2324 days by setting

aside the abatement dated 25.10.2011.

It is to be noted that as per the status report of District

Courts, Ranga Reddy, the said suit itself came to be dismissed by

the Court below vide judgment dated 03.06.2016.

In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in

this Civil Revision Petition.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed.

However, it is made clear that if any of the parties desire to be

heard, liberty is given to them to file an Application to revive the

Revision and on filing such Application, the matter would be

heard on merits.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
