ORDER:

In view of the judgment dated 29.11.2019 passed by a Three-

Judge Bench of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No.4569

of 2003 and batch, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for

adjudication.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
