  THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM

         CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 4099 of 2015

ORDER:

Learned counsel for petitioners as well as learned counsel

for respondent submits that the suit, being O.S.No.99 of 2015,

itself came to be dismissed, by the Court below vide judgment

dated 14.10.2019, as such, nothing survives for adjudication in

this Civil Revision Petition.

Recording the aforesaid submission, this Civil Revision

Petition is closed.

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
